Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
All original tags must be attached
Items must not show any signs of wear, washing, or alteration

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
Jewelry
Underwear and intimate apparel
Swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed
Items without original tags
Items that have been worn, used, washed, or damaged

3. Manufacturing Defects
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, Mia Giovane will:
Offer a replacement, or
Issue a full refund
In such cases, shipping fees will be fully covered by Mia Giovane.
Clear evidence of the defect may be requested prior to approval.

4. Refund Process
Once a return is approved and the item is received and inspected:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Except in cases of manufacturing defects, where all shipping costs are covered by Mia Giovane
6. Right to Refuse Returns
Mia Giovane reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
